Namelette is operated by SEO Rank SERP LLC. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

What we collect

Our tools run in your browser. Names, dates and preferences you enter are used to show your results and are not stored on our servers. Favorites are saved only in your browser's local storage. If you join the newsletter, your email goes to our email provider so we can send it, and every email has an unsubscribe link. When you buy something, Stripe processes the payment and stores your email and payment details under its privacy policy. Your browser stores a signed unlock token (in local storage and a cookie) listing what you bought and your Stripe order reference, so the purchase can be checked and restored.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you sign in, we store your email address (and, with Google sign-in, your name and profile picture from Google) and a list of your purchases: product, date, amount, Stripe order reference, refund status and any refund reason you give. We link purchases to your account by the email used at checkout. This data is kept in our database hosted by Turso (ChiselStrike Inc.). Sign-in links and refund emails are sent through Resend. Signing in with Google shares your basic profile with us under Google's privacy policy; we never get your Google password. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 180 days. To delete your account and purchase history, email us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use Namelette (pages viewed, rough location, device and browser type, and how you arrived). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data under Google's privacy policy. We don't send Google your name, email, or anything you type into our tools. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Advertising & affiliates

We don't show ads. Some blog posts include links to products on Amazon.com that carry our Amazon Associates tracking ID. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon Associates is the only affiliate program we use.

Clicking one of these links takes you to Amazon, which may set cookies to attribute the purchase to us; anything you do there is covered by Amazon's privacy notice. We don't receive your name, contact or payment details from Amazon, only aggregated order and earnings reports. Namelette itself sets no tracking cookies for these links. If we ever add ads or another affiliate program, we'll update this policy first.

Product prices, availability, listing titles and images on those posts come from Amazon. Our server requests them from the Amazon Creators API using only product IDs (ASINs), never anything about you. Product images load straight from Amazon's image servers (such as m.media-amazon.com), so when you view a post with them your browser connects to Amazon, which receives your IP address and browser details as with any image request. We don't share anything else with Amazon.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
